Making an order
You can place an order in different ways:
- on the website (recommended);
- on the phone;
- on the Instagram page.

Confirmation of the order
Status "In processing".
The manager will write to you that the model has been postponed (your pendant is in reserve) and send you the payment details.
Payment
You choose a payment option when placing an order on the website.
You can pay within 2 working days:
Online payment:
- Visa and MasterCard
- PayPal
After the funds are credited, you will receive SMS message.
Shipping

All Standard Shipping orders are handled by GLS except Germany which is handled by DHL. 2–5 business days

All Express Shipping will be handled by DHL. Anywhere in EU: 1–2 business days.
